Taxi Sharing is a platform that helps connect drivers and passengers who wish to share intercity rides. Taxi Sharing provides a technology platform for booking and ride matching and is not a transportation company.

2. Eligibility

To use Taxi Sharing, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Provide accurate registration information.
• Use a valid mobile number for verification.
• Follow all applicable laws while using the platform.

Drivers must also possess all legally required documents to provide rides.

3. User Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your account information accurate.
• Protecting your login credentials.
• Reporting any unauthorized use of your account immediately.

Taxi Sharing may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, misuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

• Hold a valid driving licence.
• Maintain valid vehicle registration, insurance, and permits as required by law.
• Keep their vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time.
• Drive safely and follow all traffic laws.
• Treat passengers respectfully.

Drivers are solely responsible for operating their vehicles safely and legally.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Provide accurate pickup and destination details.
• Arrive at the pickup location on time.
• Respect the driver, vehicle, and fellow passengers.
• Follow applicable safety instructions during the trip.
• Avoid carrying prohibited or dangerous items.

6. Bookings and Cancellations

Bookings are subject to driver acceptance and availability.

Passengers and drivers may cancel a booking according to the cancellation rules displayed in the app. Repeated cancellations or misuse of bookings may result in account restrictions.

7. Payments

Where applicable:

• Fare details will be shown before booking confirmation.
• Payments may be made using supported payment methods available in the app.
• Additional charges, tolls, parking, or taxes may apply where disclosed.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Provide false information.
• Impersonate another person.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Damage vehicles or property.
• Carry prohibited goods or hazardous materials.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Violation of these Terms may lead to suspension or permanent removal from Taxi Sharing.

9. Safety

For everyone's safety:

• Verify trip details before boarding.
• Share your trip with trusted contacts when appropriate.
• Contact local emergency services immediately in case of an emergency.

Taxi Sharing encourages safe travel but cannot guarantee the conduct of every user.

10. Limitation of Liability

Taxi Sharing provides a platform for connecting drivers and passengers. To the extent permitted by law, Taxi Sharing is not responsible for:

• Traffic delays
• Road conditions
• Accidents
• Personal disputes between users
• Loss or damage to personal belongings
• Events beyond our reasonable control

Users remain responsible for their own decisions and conduct.

11. Intellectual Property

All content within Taxi Sharing, including the app name, logo, design, graphics, software, and other materials, belongs to Taxi Sharing or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.

12. Account Suspension

Taxi Sharing may suspend or permanently remove an account if a user:

• Violates these Terms.
• Commits fraud or illegal activities.
• Misuses the platform.
• Creates safety risks for other users.

13. Changes to Services

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes where appropriate.
